Payment Methods:

The Redbird Matrix accepts the following methods of payment:

• Credit Card Payments via PayPal (It’s free.  Sign up for an account at www.paypal.com)
• Money Order
• Cashiers Check
• Personal Check (Must clear before the components for your computer are ordered.)

Shipping Methods:

Our standard method of shipping within the U.S. (not including Alaska and Hawaii) is UPS Ground.  The exact cost of your shipping charges will be determined once you have decided on a specific configuration for your computer (which determines the shipping weight).  A good approximation for a computer without peripherals is in the range of $30.00 to $60.00, depending on your location.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international residents should discuss shipping methods and costs with us before making any final decisions.

Warranty:



The hardware in every Redbird Matrix computer is warranted for two years, parts and labor.  If you experience any hardware failures in the first two years of use, return the computer to us, and all necessary repairs or replacements will be made at no cost to you with the following exceptions:

• The customer will pay shipping cost to The Redbird Matrix.  We will pay return shipping to you.
  
  
• The Redbird Matrix does not warrant peripheral hardware.  Each peripheral carries its own manufacturers warranty and must be handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer.

Privacy Policy:


Our privacy policy is simple: Absolutely no information about a customer or the transactions between the customer and The Redbird Matrix is shared with anyone, period.
